Position Details: Marketing Strategist / Growth Lead

 

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Strategist who can directly execute and manage marketing for SaaS/software products with a strong focus on content creation, product positioning, sales enablement, and revenue-driven marketing execution. Right now, we are missing a marketing strategist who understands our company and products deeply and can build positioning, trust, and growth strategy around them.

Must-Have Experience:
• 4–6+ years in SaaS / Software / IT Services marketing
• Proven experience in B2B marketing with measurable sales impact
• Hands-on role (not just strategy) in:

  • Content creation
  • Product marketing
  • Lead generation
  • Sales enablement

1. Content, Branding & Digital Presence
• Create digital content across all channels
• Write and manage:
• LinkedIn posts
• Blogs
• Ebooks
• Whitepapers
• Case studies
• Product explainers
• Ability to position technical products into simple, sales-driven messaging

2. Sales Enablement
• Build and optimize:
• Sales decks / pitch decks
• Proposal templates
• Client presentations
• Align marketing output with sales team requirements
• Improve conversion through strong messaging and storytelling

3. Product Marketing & Positioning
• Define and communicate product value proposition
• Develop clear positioning strategy for SaaS products
• Create landing page messaging and conversion-focused copy
• Translate user pain points into marketing narratives

4. Website & Digital Presence
• Manage or coordinate website content:
• Landing pages
• Product pages
• CTAs and conversion funnels
• Ensure website supports lead generation and product positioning

5. Growth, Campaigns & Outreach
• Plan and execute:
• LinkedIn campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns
• Build trust-building marketing campaigns for brand credibility
• Support growth of overseas partner network
• Participate in relevant industry events and conferences

6. Thought Leadership & Media
• Plan and execute:
• Podcasts
• Video series
• PR campaigns for leadership/management
• Build authority positioning for company and leadership team
• Drive brand awareness in target markets

Ideal Marketing Persona:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in SaaS/software/B2B marketing with hands-on experience in content creation, lead generation, product marketing, and sales support.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/IT/Communications (MBA or digital marketing certifications preferred).
  • Companies: SaaS, software product companies, B2B tech startups, or IT services firms with global client exposure.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with ability to create sales-driven content, simplify technical products, and align marketing with revenue goals.
