About the Role:
We are seeking a AI Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven solutions, implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and retrieval-based generative models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models for various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and document automation.
- Implement and fine-tune NLP models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance information retrieval and contextual response accuracy.
- Work with transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and apply fine-tuning techniques.
- Optimize AI model performance, reduce latency, and assist in production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs.
- Assist in evaluating open-source and proprietary AI models for practical applications.
- Support model monitoring, evaluation, and iterative improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Hands-on expertise in NLP techniques, including tokenization, embedding models, and text classification.
- Some experience working with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, T5, etc.), including fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone), and knowledge retrieval strategies.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing and handling large-scale text datasets.
- Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and model deployment strategies.
- Understanding of MLOps best practices, model monitoring tools, and model versioning.
