Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development / Client Engagement Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the growth strategy of the company through proactive outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, cold outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and pitches
  • Manage inbound leads and respond to client queries professionally and promptly
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaign ideas, content coordination, and market research
  • Maintain CRM records, track outreach performance, and prepare regular activity reports
  • Attend virtual or in-person meetings with clients to represent the company effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a business development, client-facing, or growth role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, CRM software, and LinkedIn
  • Strong research and presentation skills

  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Gulberg 3, Lahore
