About the Role
A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user
interfaces for digital products and applications. They work closely with the product
development team to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those
needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, information architecture).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or InVision.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile design.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Business and verticals understanding to work on different kind of design projects.
Timings & Location
- Monday - Friday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Gulberg 3, Lahore.
