Role Overview
Crewlogix Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, an excellent communicator, and adept at using modern tools (including AI-based solutions) to optimize workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down user stories and requirements into actionable tasks.
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
- Work independently with senior leadership, providing progress updates and managing expectations.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and project tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and ownership.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project coordinator in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile concepts, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without heavy supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for project management, reporting, and optimization.
- A track record of successfully delivering projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
