About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Crewlogix Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and engaging online communities, managing social media platforms, and driving organic growth through creative and consistent content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
  • Build, manage, and nurture active online communities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with company and client goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine content and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage content calendars, ensure consistent brand voice, and respond to community interactions promptly.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports on community growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and content writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and tailor content strategies accordingly.

  • Monday – Saturday (Hybrid)
  • 4 hours a day
