We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to orders.
  • Reach out to customers for order confirmations and updates.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, deliveries, and order status.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM or order management system.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, cancellations, or returns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Matric
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/order management tools.
