Crewlogix is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver production-ready AI and LLM-powered systems, combining strong AI/ML expertise with full-stack development and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and LLM-based systems
- Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems, LangChain/LangGraph workflows, and RAG pipelines using structured and unstructured data
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for RAG pipelines and AI agents (quality, latency, accuracy, hallucination detection)
- Fine-tune and optimize models for domain-specific use cases
- Develop AI-powered applications using React (frontend) and Python FastAPI (backend)
- Build real-time speech AI features, including Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- Design and maintain REST APIs and microservices
- Work with PostgreSQL / SQL for AI-driven applications
- Lead and mentor developers while ensuring code quality and architectural best practices
- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, cost, and security
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and delivery teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML with full-stack development
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and React
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, LangChain, LangGraph, multi-agent architectures and Machine Learning
- Experience with ML / Data frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, Pandas)
- Proven experience deploying AI systems to production
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong technical leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Preferably from FAST, LUMS, NUST, or reputable foreign universities.
