Crewlogix is seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in hiring for software and IT roles. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end technical recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, collaborate closely with technical teams, and support employer branding initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including developers, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and product roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive headhunting
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and team needs
- Schedule and manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
- Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future technical hiring needs
- Improve hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal technical teams
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and insights to management
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Collaborate with HR/Marketing teams to promote job openings and company culture
- Participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives (when required)
- HR & Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate hiring data and recruitment metrics using ATS/HRIS tools
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics
- Support onboarding coordination for new joiners
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and hiring processes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS tools, and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven hiring approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a software house / IT company
- Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and hiring automation
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Jira, Slack integrations
- HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus
