Crewlogix is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our custom software, AI development services, and license-based products in international markets. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive on owning the full sales cycle and operating independently.
Work Type: Part-time | 4 hours per day
Remote: This role is NOT open to candidates based in Pakistan
Sales Targets:
- Custom Software & AI Development: Quarterly revenue target – USD 60,000
- License-Based Products: Quarterly revenue target aligned with pipeline, average – USD 30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in international B2B markets
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential clients
- Own end-to-end (360°) sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and commercial negotiations
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasts
- Close deals and manage post-sale client relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and IT services/software sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling custom software, AI solutions, or SaaS products
- Target-driven, commission-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
