We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is ambitious, strategic, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will have strong outbound B2B sales experience, an established network of local business connections, and excellent communication skills. You will own the 360° sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and confidently represent the company in in-person client meetings.

Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with local clients across Pakistan. This is a fully onsite role, requiring proactive outbound sales efforts and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify outbound B2B leads across Pakistan
- Leverage existing industry connections and networks to drive sales
- Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasts
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience of atleast 2 years in Outbound B2B sales (IT services, software, or related industries preferred)
- Strong local market exposure with good professional connections
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with frequent in-person client meetings
- Ability to manage the complete 360° sales process
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
