Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Pakutan by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with local clients across Pakistan. You will work onsite and be fully responsible for achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for local clients across Pakistan
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working onsite and attending frequent in-person client meetings
  • Presentable and professional in all client-facing interactions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Timings & Location:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Onsite – Pakistan (City as per office location)
