We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to manage and drive end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee training & development, performance management, employer branding, and HR operations, while contributing to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

As an HR Generalist at Crewlogix, you will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, driving organizational culture, and ensuring that HR strategies support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with leadership and department heads to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while maintaining smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
2. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
- Design and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Organize leadership, soft skills, and technical training sessions
- Track training effectiveness and employee skill development
3. Performance Management & Analysis:
- Manage end-to-end performance appraisal cycles
- Design KPIs, OKRs, and evaluation frameworks for different departments
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to management
- Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs)
4. HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and documentation
5. Employer Branding & HR Marketing:
- Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams on HR campaigns and content
- Enhance candidate and employee experience
- Support campus hiring and external hiring events when required
6. Organizational Development & Culture:
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with Crewlogix values
- Support engagement, retention, and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Assist leadership in change management and workforce planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Strong experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, ATS, Jira/Slack integrations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a software house / IT company
- Exposure to AI-driven HR tools and automation
- Certifications in HR (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus
