Whether through personal branding, content creation, university societies, or freelance work, we want to see your ability to create engaging content and grow an audience.
The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of personal branding and executive communication. They should be capable of advising company leadership on what to wear, what to say during public appearances, and what type of content should be shared across different social media platforms. They should understand that every platform has a unique audience and be able to tailor content, messaging, and posting strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior and current market trends.
- Assist leadership with personal branding by recommending appropriate content, messaging, posting schedules, public communication, and presentation style.
- Provide guidance on professional appearance, public speaking, and social media positioning for company representatives when required.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to develop marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using social media analytics.
- Support email marketing, blog publishing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field from a well-reputed university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A strong and active personal social media presence with a portfolio showcasing content creation, audience engagement, or brand growth.
- Experience managing personal brands, freelance clients, university societies, startup pages, or creator accounts will be highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Express.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
